Soil and plant samples are taken on the farms participating in the project
  1. Animal health in organic farming
    - Measuring the use of alternative treatments in animal husbandry in Norway
    - Scientific evaluation of homeopatic treatment of mastitis in dairy cows
    Implemented in cooperation with the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science.

  2. Mineral content in plants and mineral supply for ruminants in organic agriculture.
    Implemented in cooperation with the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science, the National Veterinary Institute and Norwegian the University of Agriculture

  3. Food safety
    Organic fieldgrown vegetables: Bacteriological quality and risk for contamination of patogenic bacteria
    In cooperation with the National Veterinary Institute of Norway.

  4. Quality in products from organic farming
    Organization of a Nordic workshop and network in Uppsala, Sweden on 20.11.2003
    Organized in cooperation with Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.

  5. Symposium on organic farming and geomedicine.
    Organized in cooperation with the Norwegian Scientific Academy in Oslo on October 16th, 17th 2003.
